Sinergia
Sinergia s.c.s. is a non-profit social cooperative based in Italy that promotes social inclusion, innovation, human rights, and lifelong learning at local and European level. The organisation develops educational programmes, mobility projects, and employability opportunities for vulnerable groups, including youth, adults, seniors, and people at social risk. Active in school, adult, and youth education, Sinergia uses non-formal and innovative methods to foster active citizenship, wellbeing, digital skills, and community development. It collaborates through European partnerships and Erasmus+ projects to create inclusive and sustainable social impact.
PRO-WORK
Foundation Knowledge Center PRO WORK promotes the career development of people with a (large) distance to the labor market, skilled workers and other target groups, who need coaching, training and guidance in various sectors and themes both nationally and internationally. PRO WORK does this through various national and international projects and work and is active in sectors such as ICT, environment, economy, care and technology with central themes such as sustainability, social employment, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, talent development of young people, unemployment and diversity management.
UFGVJ
The União das Freguesias de Gondomar (S. Cosme), Valbom e Jovim (UFGVJ) is a Portuguese local public authority serving a community of around 50,000 inhabitants within the Metropolitan Area of Porto. The organisation has extensive experience in Erasmus+, URBACT and national projects related to adult education, youth participation, social inclusion, sustainability, entrepreneurship, digital skills and active ageing. UFGVJ works through specialised local units supporting employment, community intervention, innovation and lifelong learning, reaching seniors, unemployed adults and young people annually. The organisation has strong dissemination capacity through national and regional networks, schools, NGOs and senior education platforms.
Inerudico
InErudico is a local non-profit organization focused on non-formal education, promoting social inclusion and community empowerment. InErudico’ mission is to provide counselling, personal development, training and designing the innovative learning approaches. These efforts are designed to enhance the well-being, self-confidence, resilience, and employability of vulnerable groups, particularly young people at risk of social exclusion, persons with mental disabilities, and long-term unemployed people, empowering them to actively participate in both the labor market and broader civil society. InErudico is based in Kroměříž, actively engaged in community initiatives, collaborating closely with municipality and other local actors.
