Together with partners from different European countries, we create practical educational resources, exchange good practices, and strengthen young people’s voices in society.
Supporting young people in understanding their role in society and encouraging them to take part in civic life.
Promoting respectful communication, mutual understanding, and constructive participation in democratic communities.
Connecting partners and sharing educational approaches that strengthen youth participation across countries.
On 11–12 May 2026, in Bitonto, Italy, Sinergia hosted the kick-off meeting of the “Civic Voices: Youth Engagement for Peace and Democracy” project. Partners from Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the Czech Republic gathered to co-design the “Voices into Action” educational toolkit—a practical resource designed to strengthen democratic citizenship and youth leadership among young people, youth workers, and educators.
A highlight of the event was an inspiring exchange with Bitonto's Youth Policies Councilor, Dalila Cariello, which explored meaningful ways to connect these international initiatives with local communities.
Driven by great energy, strong cooperation, and a clear roadmap to bring the project's vision to life, the partnership is now moving forward with the development of the toolkit for youth workers.
